Within the wake of a union push that started to choose up steam this week, Tesla Employees United working with the corporate’s Autopilot function at Tesla’s Buffalo Gigafactory are claiming that they have been fired by the Elon Musk-owned firm in retaliation for his or her unionization efforts.
Bloomberg says that the criticism was made by Tesla Employees United in a submitting with america Nationwide Labor Relations Board. The fledgling union claims that dozens of its members have been fired in retaliation by the corporate for the collective effort to push for higher pay and job safety.

Tesla Workers United and Tesla did not immediately return Gizmodo’s request for comment.
